There are 5 bedrooms, 4 doubles and one with 2 single beds.  All of the rooms have an en-suite shower room.

They are large, bright rooms each with its own sitting area so you can relax on a comfy chair or a sofa.

Breakfast is on the south facing terrace in the spring and summer and is indoors on cooler autumn days and in the winter.

Pouzols-Minervois is in the middle of the Minervois wine regions and is surrounded by vineyards. 

The villages has a cave co-operative as well as several other vignerons.  Perfect for wine-tasting,  you don't have to worry about driving.  We have a shop on the premises specializing in independant Aude vignerons wines and products of the region.

Pouzols Minervois is a working wine making village, built around a medieval fort and surrounded by vines, with the hills of the Corbières and views of the Pyrénées to the south. To the north is the Montagne Noire.  The Canal du Midi is about 10 minutes away and is accessible in the vilages of Paraza, Ventenac, and Homps.  Use MapQuest to locate Pouzols Minervois.
